When the pandemic halted Bali’s tourism, we felt a strong urge to help the island recover. After conducting a survey in 2022, we chose Ubud as the ideal place to establish Friends Cafe and Bistro. Our goal was to create a venue where people could not only enjoy great food but also connect with others and form meaningful relationships. The tagline “Life is better with friends” reflects our belief in the importance of community. Even if you arrive alone, you’ll leave with new connections and a sense of belonging.
